Within delegated authority, the Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment) will be responsible for the following duties: Recruitment and placement:•Processes requests for advertisement of vacancies through the Post Clearance System. •Assists in the development of the Terms of Reference for Job Openings and Temporary Job Openings. •Performs the role of Recruiter and Hiring Manager in Inspira, by assisting and advising Client Offices throughout all steps of the Recruitment process of staff (i.e. Building of Job Opening / Temporary Job Opening, HR Assessment, Evaluations, Recommendations, Selections). •Maintains the Status of Recruitment Activities table and tracks progress and actions with relevant counter parts and partners within ECLAC. •Completes reference checks for selected applicants and works closely with HR Partners as part of on boarding activities.•Assists and advices Client Offices throughout all the steps of the Recruitment process for Consultants and Individual Contractors.•Process actions in UMOJA in connection with the recruitment of Consultants / Individual Contractors.•Process actions in UMOJA in connection with the payments to Consultants / Individual Contractors. •Assists in the preparation of reports in relation to all recruitment activities. •Performs other duties tasked to the Recruitment Unit, as required. Classification:•Assists in reviewing and processing requests for classification.•Provides advice and answers general queries on classification procedures and processes.

专业要求
High school diploma or equivalent. Studies in administration and / or Human Resources is desirable.
工作经验
Five years of experience in human resources management, administrative services or related area. Two years of experience in human resources management is required. Experience working in Recruitment is desirable. Experience working within the UN system is desirable.
语言要求
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, advanced knowledge of oral and written Spanish is required. Intermediate knowledge of English is required.
